Courses and live sessions carry a real cost to run — a seat is reserved and faculty time is committed. This policy tries to be fair to both sides.

Webinars

• Cancel more than 48 hours before the start time: full refund.
• Cancel within 48 hours: no refund, but your seat can be transferred to the next session of the same webinar, once.

Courses

• Cancel before your first session: full refund, less any payment gateway charges.
• After the first session has run: no refund, since material and access have already been issued.
